First participation for our team in the Wingfoil class, on the occasion of the opening stage of the Coppa Italia Wingfoil. Four of our athletes took on this debut in a new and rapidly growing discipline, bringing enthusiasm and a strong competitive spirit onto the water.
The debut took place in the stunning setting of Giannella beach, an ideal racecourse thanks to its conditions and the quality of the event organisation.
An important first step for the Club in the development of this discipline, which combines innovation, technique and spectacular performance, and represents one of the most exciting evolutions in sailing sports.
Participation in this first stage marks the beginning of a journey that will see the team competing in the upcoming rounds of the national circuit, with the aim of growing and establishing itself in this new class as well.
