Success for Renato Irrera at The Regata dei Cinque Fari

An important victory for our member Renato Irrera, who, with his Farr 30 A’ Nica, claimed overall victory on corrected time at the eleventh edition of the Regata dei Cinque Fari, a fascinating offshore race of approximately 140 miles and part of the Italian Offshore Championship.

Organised by Canottieri Palermo, the race unfolded along the scenic Palermo–Ustica–Trapani–Mondello course, testing crews with a varied and technical navigation.

Behind A’ Nica in the corrected time standings were South Kensington by Massimo Licata D’Andrea and Quattrogatti by Andrea Casini, both standout performers in a race that remained closely contested until the final miles.
