Range Rover Sardinia Cup - Trofeo Gavitello d'Argento

It was an excellent weekend for Yacht Club Italiano members competing on race courses across Italy.

The Range Rover Sardinia Cup concluded in Porto Cervo, where RocketNikka, owned by our Member Roberto Lacorte, secured third place in the SC1 class. Also on board were our Members Alessio Razeto, Giulio Desiderato, and Filippo Vulcanile, who contributed to this prestigious result in one of the most important events on the international sailing calendar.

Meanwhile, in Punta Ala, our Member Federico Borromeo claimed victory in the Trofeo Gavitello d’Argento in the A/B Classes with his Swan 42 Spirit of Nerina. The team delivered a flawless performance, recording five wins from five races in the ideal conditions provided by the Mistral wind that characterized the event. This decisive victory confirms both the excellent form of the crew and the yacht’s competitiveness in Tyrrhenian regattas.
