The Beppe Croce Sailing School is the structure through which Yacht Club Italiano, as a CONI–FIV recognized Sports Initiation Center, organizes sailing courses for children from the age of 6, as well as for teenagers and adults.

The Yacht Club Italiano Racing Team brings together young athletes engaged in a structured and continuous sporting path. Active in the Optimist, ILCA, 420, Windsurf, J/70, and Kitefoil classes, the team takes part in national and international regattas throughout the year. Over time, this training journey has led to numerous qualifications for Italian, European, World, and Olympic Championships.

Sport Events

Regate di Primavera Portofino 2025

Organized by the Yacht Club Italiano with the support of partners Belmond and Banca Passadore. This invitation-only event is reserved for yachts over 50 feet and attracts some of the most renowned international shipyards, including CNB Yachts, ICE Yachts, Nautor Swan, and Solaris Yachts.
Set against the unique backdrop of the Gulf of Tigullio, where YCI has been organizing regattas since the late 19th century and has had its summer base since 1965, the event combines buoy racing and scenic coastal courses.
The yachts will be hosted between Portofino, Rapallo, and Santa Margherita Ligure, ready to compete in a series of exciting races, all accompanied by a rich social program.
