The Beppe Croce Sailing School is the structure through which Yacht Club Italiano, as a CONI–FIV recognized Sports Initiation Center, organizes sailing courses for children from the age of 6, as well as for teenagers and adults.

The Yacht Club Italiano Racing Team brings together young athletes engaged in a structured and continuous sporting path. Active in the Optimist, ILCA, 420, Windsurf, J/70, and Kitefoil classes, the team takes part in national and international regattas throughout the year. Over time, this training journey has led to numerous qualifications for Italian, European, World, and Olympic Championships.

Trofeo SIAD Bombola d'Oro Coppa Roberto Sestini 2025

Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, stunning natural settings, will once again host the 2025 edition of the SIAD Bombola d’Oro Trophy – Roberto Sestini Cup, an iconic and unmissable event for the 12’ Dinghy Class.
Now in its 28th edition, the trophy will feature races in two categories — VTR and Classic — in a competition that blends tradition, technical skill, and a deep passion for sailing.
From May 23rd to 25th, the small Dinghies will compete in the waters of the Gulf of Tigullio, in an event that not only celebrates the sport itself but also highlights the strong connection with the local area and its maritime heritage.
