A regatta dedicated to young sailors competing in the 420 and ILCA classes, which in recent years has become the closing event of the Yacht Club Italiano’s sporting season.
This event not only offers an important opportunity for growth, learning, and competition among the next generation of sailors, but also serves as a tribute to Luigi “Mino” Poggi, a long-time member and key figure of the Club, who won the gold medal at the 1936 Berlin Olympics in the 8 metre S.I. class, aboard Italia.
