For those approaching offshore sailing for the first time or who wish to return to this sport after a long period of inactivity.
Where
- It takes place in sheltered waters, sailing a few miles from the coast.
Boat
- Grampus C&C 61’. The boat is equipped with cabins with single berths and cabins with bunk beds; each cabin has two berths.
Organization and Program
- The course will take place over a weekend. Each morning we will leave the Port of Genoa and return in the late afternoon.
- Overnight stays will be on board.
- The basic FIV training program will be covered, to learn the various points of sail and sailing maneuvering techniques.
The course will take place only if at least 6 participants are enrolled, with a maximum of 8.

Clothing / What to bring
- Bring everything needed to face the expected weather conditions, personal toiletries, a pillowcase and a sleeping bag if staying overnight on board.
