The course will take place over one week, from Sunday to Saturday. It is designed as a cruising course, but you will learn to manage all aspects of handling and navigating a 19-meter yacht.We will learn all the correct sailing techniques.
Giuseppe Damante, Level II Offshore Instructor and trainer for the Italian Sailing Federation, will guide you through all aspects of offshore cruising: boat preparation, route planning, and checking weather forecasts. All crew members will be able to improve their skills by rotating through the various onboard roles, both under sail and under power. The yacht is equipped with a new B&G instrument system, ensuring maximum navigational safety.
The course will take place only if at least 6 participants enroll, with a maximum of 8.
Boat: Grampus C&C 61’
The boat is equipped with 2 cabins with single berths + 2 cabins with bunk beds,
2 bathrooms, 2 refrigerators + 1 freezer, induction and gas cooktops,
220V generator, Tecnicomar watermaker (150 l/min).
