Nine weekly courses are scheduled from June 16 to July 25, plus two late-summer sessions from August 25 to September 12.
THE COURSE
This course offers children the opportunity to discover and grow passionate about the sport of sailing. The learning path is adapted to both weather and sea conditions, as well as the individual level of each participant.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
The objective of the course is to introduce participants to the sport of sailing in a safe and welcoming environment, fostering a passion for the sea. The program is led by qualified instructors and adapted to the individual level of each student and to weather and sea conditions, with the aim of providing an engaging and educational experience. The course allows participants to enjoy outdoor activities and become familiar with the sea, gain water confidence, develop autonomy in boat handling, discover essential seamanship skills, learn to challenge their own limits, and strengthen teamwork abilities.
The day begins at 08:30 with arrival and check-in, followed by a warm-up session at 09:00. At 09:30, theoretical lessons take place before heading out on the water at 10:00. After the morning sailing session, lunch is served at 12:30, followed by group games. The afternoon resumes at 14:00 with a second sailing session, returning to shore at 16:30 for a snack. The day ends at 17:00.
No prior sailing experience is required: the course is open both to beginners and to those with some initial experience. Participants must be able to swim and hold a valid medical certificate for non-competitive sports activities.
The course is designed for children aged 6 to 12 who want to spend their summer outdoors, enjoy time on the water, and experience sailing in a fun and engaging environment. It is ideal for those who are curious about the sea and eager to learn while playing, discovering new skills, and sharing a group experience in close contact with nature.
