INDIVIDUAL COURSES (from September to June)
Intensive, personalized sailing lessons led by instructors certified by the Italian Sailing Federation, designed to ensure quick and effective learning.
Types of boats:
- Single-handed dinghy: ILCA (1 person)
- Double-handed dinghy: 420 (2 people)
- Collective boat: J70 (minimum 3 people)
Minimum age: 13 years old
Requirement: Valid medical certificate for non-competitive sports.
Tailored lesson plans are available upon request, based on individual needs.
The objective of the course is to offer a fully personalized private sailing program, tailored to the specific needs of each participant. With the support of qualified instructors from the Italian Sailing Federation, the course enables fast and effective learning, with a focused approach based on individual skill level, personal goals, and the chosen type of boat.
The course consists of private sailing lessons tailored to the participant’s needs and objectives. Sessions are organized flexibly and can be booked as customized packages of outings, allowing for a fully personalized learning path. Depending on the program, training takes place on different types of boats (ILCA, 420, or J70), always under the guidance of certified instructors from the Italian Sailing Federation.
No prior sailing experience is required: the course is open both to beginners and to those with some initial experience. Participants must be able to swim and hold a valid medical certificate for non-competitive sports activities.
The course is designed for children and teenagers who wish to undertake a personalized sailing program, whether to get closer to the sport or to quickly and effectively improve their technical skills. It is ideal for those seeking a flexible learning experience tailored to individual goals.
Francesco Frisone
Born in Genoa in 1997, he began sailing in 2005 in the Optimist class, later continuing his career in the 420 class and then in offshore sailing. In 2017, he started coaching the Optimist racing team at Circolo Velico Arenzano, a role he held until 2021, when he joined the Yacht Club Italiano. Since October 2022, he has been coaching the Optimist Racing Team of the Yacht Club Italiano.
